Ability to ensure the Service Center facility is properly maintained and secured. Ability to ensure the Service Center operations are in compliance with established Salvation Army policy. Ability to perform various public relations functions in order to project a favorable image of The Salvation Army. Ability to assess client’s needs and determine appropriate services and/or resources needed. Ability to recruit, lead, and supervise the work and/or resources of volunteers. Knowledge of the principles and practices of general bookkeeping and accounting.

Supervises and participates in the day-to-day operations of a Service Center responsible for providing assistance to the public recruits and trains employees and volunteers to assist in performing intake work performs public relations functions in the community to promote The Salvation Army services and needs prepares statistical records and other required reports reflecting the Service Center's progress ensures the cleanliness, maintenance, and security of the Service Center. The Salvation Army, an internationally recognized non-profit, faith-based organization, has an opening for a Service Center Manager for the Greenville Service Center, located in Greenville, Texas.
