After having tried the below steps, the number of crashes encountered has significantly gone down. The issues I've personally encountered with using the Zoom app on Mac was that it kept crashing whenever I would try to connect to the meeting or even sometimes when I try to open the application. Zoom is a free program for Mac that belongs to the category Chat-instant-messaging, and has been developed by Zoom Video Communications Inc.
